How it all began…
In 1996, Tulsa was saturated with employment companies. The big-name firms dominated the industry landscape, while the mom and pop shops peppered the Class B office space. There were 163 staffing companies in town back then, and nobody thought another one was needed. And yet, it was then that Premier Staffing was formed.
“Help those without a job and trust that we, as a company, will reap what we sow…” It was a simple vision that successfully guided our company through the many years.
We put people first and saw our company grow so rapidly that Premier Staffing was named by Oklahoma Business Monthly Magazine as one of “Tulsa’s 5 Fastest Growing Companies”—for three years in a row. As our size expanded, so did our suite of Human Resource Management offerings that now include Professional Employer Organization Services, unsurpassed screening systems and an online learning platform for our associates.
